Reunion 2023: June 2, 2023 was NDCL’s 2023 Reunion. Our reunion shined a special light on every milestone graduation year ending in a “3” and an “8”. The reunion was held in the Eugene `54 and Barbara Trela Dining Commons. Special thanks to AVI for providing hors d’oeuvres and the class of 1979 for being our bartenders during the evening. Congratulations to the class of 2013 for having the highest number of RSVPs and highest number of attendees at the event. Mark your calendars for June 7^th when we celebrate Reunion 2024 with special recognition for all graduations years endings in “4” and “9”.  For pictures from Reunion 2023, click here. 

 

Lions Golf Classic: WOW! The Lions Golf Classic on August 29^th was an amazing success for Notre Dame Schools.  Thanks to a sold-out event, generous sponsors and individuals, including our title sponsor Mentor Nissan, the event raised approximately $35,000 for our schools. Thank you! 

The weather cooperated for the most part, and golfers enjoyed a few new additions this year including a putting contest, wheel game, and the awarding of the “blue jacket” to longtime participant Terry Feller.  The Winking Lizard Tavern catered the BBQ lunch.  The winner of the outing scored a 59: Mike Wheeler, Rick Nahra, Matthew Moskalski, and Dan Musa. Congratulations! 

Other highlights of the day included long drive contest, pin shots, closest to the lions game, a $10,000 Hole in One contest, skins game, orange ball raffle, and 50/50 raffle.  Each group had a foursome photograph taken to commemorate the day.
